first wedding photo shoot?

i've recently been asked to be the photographer for an upcomming wedding. I'm new to photography, however i have practice and had a few shoots but nothing as serious as wedding pictures. So i would like some tips to make sure their pictures turn out good. Certain camera settings. cool ideas for different pictures. anything really! I'm really excited but want to make sure their pictures are something they like! i have a nikon d80 camera.
also- might decline the offer because i'm new to photography and don't want to mess up their wedding since its a very important event!

If they asked someone with they knew had little photography experience to shoot their wedding, they did a very risky thing. Good luck.
