Tips / Q & A on Photographing Weddings?
hey there! im an amateur photographer trying to break into the industry and recently I've been ask to photography a wedding for some one I know.
Not having much experience photographing wedding I just want to know the do's and donts and little tips and tricks and equipment info to help guide me on the day.
My Current Equipment is a Nikon 3000 , 18-55mm , 50mm and a bog standard flashgun.

1) don't try shooting a wedding with a D3000 and kit lens...
2) do work as a "second" photographer with someone with more experience...
3) do read LOTS of articles and information about wedding photography...
4) find some wedding photographers and study their websites...
5) go to wedding fairs and other events to see what you will be shooting and try to take some rushed shots...
6) if in doubt, shoot in AUTO!!!
