What material should I use to make a Photography Backdrop ?
What material would be the best for making a Photography Backdrop ; paper, plastic, fabric, muslin, or canvas ?
It depends on the setting and studio, but the vinyl/plastic backdrops are easy to clean and are fairly strong.
The muslin and canvas have their own feel, because of the textured fabric, canvas more so than muslin.
Paper is good for cheap, disposable colors.
It really depends on the type of shooting and the desired look. If you're shooting headshots, then the vinyl, if it's supposed to invoke a warm feeling and comfort, then canvas.
