Video to sell a house?
Hello, im looking to start a side job of doing video tours of homes for sale which realtors can use to advertise homes. I have skills in cinematography and editing and have the right equipment but i was wondering that important selling parts are that someone would want to see in a video of the house. Backyard, Kitchen, etc. So to any real estate agents, what are important selling points of a home that can be captured on camera that a customer would want to see? What should i avoid?
