Are there any good studio photography tutorials/information posts?
Good day!
I recently started to get interested in studio photography and lighting, I'm planning on seting up a small studio in my house for personal use only of course. But before I buy anything I'd like to read a couple of tutorials or posts with information about lighting, softboxes and stuff like that. How is everything connected together and so on.
So does anyone know of any good posts about that? If so please share it with me, thanks a lot.
Suggest you read the Strobist blog - although geared towards mostly small speedlights, its extremely relevant (light is light after all..). Lots of info & assignments to practice lighting techniques;

On this Lighting 101 page, a short way down there is a short video on what you need & how to set it up. On the right hand pane are dropdown boxes with Lighting 101 Archive & Lighting 102 Archive which take you step by step through various setups.
