How do i get my photography in studios in houston? or sell them?
Ive been doing photography for 3 years now and I wanted to sell my work or get it in a studio...maybe like the ones in Montrose.How do I do it?
Contacting the gallery is the best way to go about that. Ask what their process is. They may have a timetable where they will add new art. They are in it to make money, too, so if you have something that they think will sell they will be happy to display it.
Consider trying to start out small, too. Many park districts, for example, have showings as well. Look at some of the park districts in your area and see when they will have shows and apply there, too. It helps to have a little background when approaching a larger gallery.
Make sure you have your best work identified and printed.
It is very difficult, and you'll hear "no" far more often than "yes", but that comes with being a photographer.
