some questions on being a sports photographer?!?

So i am really into photography. Im 15. I have a Fujifilm S100o right now. Im a die hard Baltimore Orioles fan and I go every weekend their home, I take alot of pictures of each player, at bat, fielding exc. my questions are:

what should i go to college for?

how do I become a sports photographer, specifiaclly for MASN and the O's?

what is the salary?

and this summer im looking to get a new camera, since i have the fuji s1000 what would be a good camera for me next?

dont answers stupidly and waste both of our time. thanks.

For starters get more experience. I suggest that you do a lot of reading...take a few photography classes at the Community Education Center or vo-tech if you can. You also need to UPGRADE your equipment eventually. You'll be needing a LOT of money to upgrade to PROFESSIONAL digital equipment. The camera could cost you $3,000-$8,000 or MORE. A decent telephoto lens will also set you back another $3,000.-$5,000 or more. I suggest that you stick with the industry standard such as Canon or Nikon. Don't be fooled by cheaper cameras or lenses. You only get what you pay for. Some photography store have rental equipment, which isn't cheap either. You'll need a camera that has a "full frame" sensor and larger Megapixel count to make the best photos. I suggest the Canon EOS 1Ds ($8,000.), the Canon EOS 5D Mark II ($2,500.) or the Nikon D-700 or Nikon D3x (around $8,000.)
Most sports photographers are "free lance" and don't get paid unless they get the perfect photo and know who to market it too. Someone doing this full time might earn $2,000.+ monthly.
