I need help with setting up studio photography equipment!?

I have a Nikon D3000, so I know I need to get a "Nikon AS-15 Non-Dedicated PC Sync Terminal Adapter," and a Wireless IR Remote Control Shutter Release? What else will I need to use everything to it's fullest potential?

It appears that everything you need is included, including the trigger. My guess it that it fits in the "hot shoe" where the flash sits. Too bad you didn't get this from a local camera store, or you could ask them.

You don't need a remote shutter release. I've shot in a studio for decades and rarely used one.

An easy way to trigger your studio flashes is to use an on camera flash bounced off the ceiling or a white wall. It should trigger all the others.

A used Nikon D200 would be a better camera if you are going to use it primarily in a studio. They can be found on Craigslist for about $500 and will create 16x20's all day.
