Product PHOTOGRAPHY. Which is the right lights? SOFT BOX or Umbrella lights?

First of all, you don't need to spend that much money to photograph those items.
Second, a soft box would have to be awfully large to accommodate such products.
Third, do it yourself. Get a new white king size bed sheet and iron out the wrinkles and creases. Stick it on a wall with a "cove" as it drapes down and onto the floor. Buy two common work lights on stands from any good hardware store, and put 500W bulbs in them. Hang heavy diffusion in front of each light about 1' away so the heat does not melt the material. Set the lights up with one near the camera, and the other about 45 degree off the camera-product axis. Move the lights in or out until you get the sculpturing and contrast ratio you like. You could also bounce the light off of two 4'x4' sheets of white foam-core, which will make it even softer.
Put your digital camera white balance on automatic since those bulbs are Tungsten.
Keep your products as far away from the sheet as you can to avoid unwanted shadows.
Take your shots and bracket the exposure.
That should give you good results and every bit as good as you could get from those expensive lights, and it shouldn't cost you more than $100.oo, if that.
