Backdrop&Lighting kit?
I am looking for a backdrop kit and a lighting kit for photography purposes I am only an amateur so I'm not looking for anything big but of decent quality. I mainly take photos outside of children and teens and I have been doing that for a while but would like to move indoors for some photos. I would like to order from a reliable website. I am on a budget so maybe I will just order one at a time. Could someone give me an idea of where I should look. I would like the kits to be easily portable and extend to at least 8 ft or so. Check e-Bay. Type in "studio lighting" and "backdrops" or "backgrounds" in the Camera & Photo section. You may be surprised you can get a decent 2,3 ,4, or 5 light set up from $99.00-$349.00. Some even come with backgrounds and/or background stands. I bought a 3 light system with light stands, umbrellas, a softbox, gels, gel holder, reflectors and a carrying case for $299.00. I have $500.00 photogenic lights and this little set is so great, I don't even take the $500.00 lights on location anymore. The $299.00 ones are so light and easy to use, I leave the "Big lights" at the studio. They have a plastic housing, but I haven't had any problems with that. Not having the weight of the big lights is worth the $$'s
