Has anyone been scammed by this wedding photographer (Dave Crockett Photography)?
My wife and I got married on 9/12/2009. We are yet to receive our completed wedding album from this individual: Dave Crockett Photography (http://www.photogig.com) & (http://www.davecrockettphotography.com).
I've had to kindly threaten him to get him started on our album proofs. He will not commit to any sort of time linee in fulfilling our contract. Has anyone had the same experience with Dave Crockett Photography? If so how did you resolve the issue? All my wife and I want is to do at this point is put this behind us. We feel duped and cheated by this man. He seems to care less about us and the contractual obligation he has to provide us a wedding album. Thank you for your assistance.
Firstly, what was the contract you had initially?
Did that detail any timeline for delivery of completed prints albums etc.?
That said, 18 months is too long in anyones book and I am surprised why you are coming on here asking this question.
You should already have taken this issue to court for either delivery of the images or your money back.
