one year break from school...what should i do?
In two weeks I'm supposed to start school. I just found out I'm suspended from my current university for the next year. (I'm not sure if its going to be four months or eight months)
Any advice on what I should do?
(If your advice is to get a job, please be specific with what kind of job and how I can get it)
I'm a 20 year old female living in Toronto and my greatest interests are related to psychology and photography. I wouldn't mind getting experience in those fields or doing something completely different.
I don't want to sit around doing nothing (I usually prefer to spend even summers in school). My resume isn't that great.. but I have a lot of volunteer opportunities and a diverse experience with extra-curriculars.
Would you care to take photos of interactions in public and social situations before during and after people meet. Maybe the airport or mall movie theater. It might surprise you how people behave without you being involved. You might also be able to sell a picture or two.
If that is not your cup of tea try fishing. That is good to calm the nerves
but please release the fish if they aren't going to be dinner!
