Where can I get CHEAP lighting for an indoor studio?
I'm looking for something like this-

I need some CHEAP lighting for an indoor studio. I'm talking maximum 80$.
It's not that I'm cheap or anything, I just don't have a lot of money right now.
Also, the reason I can't buy the ones in the link (which, -sigh- , are exactly what I'm looking for), is because I don't have an ebay account, and because I'm not 18 (I don't have my own credit card).

Don't bother with those, or with continuous lights at all.
Cheapest option I can think of is speedlights - but you'll still be out of budget. A couple of Yongnuo 460-II's cost around £40 each. Set of RF602 radio triggers - £25.
Couple of lightstands - £25. Umbrella - £20. Softbox - £45.
That's about the cheapest 2 light setup I could think of.
