How would you code this Business name?
This is for a records management class. The business name is: "That's My Baby" Photography
Would it be coded as each word indexed separately (That's/My/Baby/Photography) or the words in quotation marks as a single unit (ThatsMyBaby/Photography) ??

Maybe I worded this question wrong. It has to do with filing. I need to know how to file that business card.
1) That's/My/Baby/Photography
2) That'sMyBaby/Photography
That diagonal marks separate the key units, which are used to file the card. It would make a huge differenence in a filing cabinet of many names that start with the letters 'thats'. I just need to know if punctuation (quotation marks) are disregarded in this sort of situation. Anyone know?

When you say code, I'm not sure what you mean. A FEIN number would allow you to call it whatever you want. I guess my question is , why would it matter? Are you worried about something that i'm not seeing?
