What qualifications do you need to become an estate agent?
Just considering my future career options here...
I'm now in my AS year studying A-levels in Law, English Lang + Lit, History and Photography.
Hoping to achieve a B grade in all of them.
So what qualifications do you need to become an estate agent? along with personal characteristics etc...

You do not need any qualifications but you will need a driving licence and to look very smart and professional. I worked for 8 years in Estate Agency with no qualifications. You will start at the bottom as a trainee Negotiator and do filing and answering the phone. You will then be let loose and will show people around properties.
I found it a very interesting job especially in Cornwall/Devon where we had a wide range of properties such as Barns, Old Chapels, Manor houses and everything in between.
