I need help in making a photography portfolio, what sections shall I include e.g. Nature/sports what else?

Hi guys, I want to create my photo portfolio and what to break it down into sections but I don't know what I can do in terms of the sections. For example, nature, people but what else can i do, please let me know......oh and also, do you know any good free websites where I can put my portfolios.

Portfolios should be designed for specific audiences.

So let's say you are building a portfolio for wedding clients ... soon to be married couples for example. You won't include grungy street art pics, or insect macro shots, the client will have little to no interest in that. they'll want portraits, groups shots, perhaps event shots and preferable wedding pictures.

So think about the types of clients you are going to approach and ask yourself, what will they WANT to see.

As for Free sites ... try http://www.wix.com/ but you should really invest a bit of money and get a domain name and some proper hosting.
