Does anyone know how to edit a photo to look like this?
I am an amateur photographer and trying to do more outdoor photography but since I was pregnant I have taken a HUGE break and feel super rusty! I cannot remember how to do half of what i used to do and am struggling figuring it out. If anyone knows a good tutorial or anything to help me out achieve this look, it would be great:

basically what i want to do is have it have great contrast without making the black too dark, without making the lights totally washed out and vibrant colors without it being overly saturated. Thanks!
Also I use photoshop cs4
You don't mention what camera/lenses/equipment you have. Looking at that image, most of it is done with the camera in a studio.
I would set up a similar background, put the mannequin on the bike 4 or 5 feet away from the background with a fan on the ground blowing towards it and several lights (probably 2-3 mains and a hair light). Then start with an ISO100, f/8, meter in the shutter, manually focus, fire off a shot and check the histogram to see what adjustments need to be made.
