What can I do with my photography?
I am going to use my photography to create many different types of 'documents'...for example postcards, greeting cards, journals, etc.
Do you have any other things like that that I could use my photography for?

There are different sites around through which you can sell your artwork; like posters, framed pictures, postcards etc. Some even have the option for print on mousemats, clocks, tshirts etc.
It depends on your photos and what you want to do with them. Have a look at cafepress.com and imagekind.com. That might give you inspiration.
You can always start your own blog / website through which you can tell your story and sell your artwork.
