photography course or school in London?

Hi Im 19 and I live in switzerland and Im born here, but my mom was born in London and has an English passport, my questions are:
I love photography and would love to go to london to study, because here in switzerland everything is to boring !! what kind of courses and schools could I go to? I only have the degree of compulsory ( High school, no extra schools)
and also my parents don't have a lot of money, so in the case that i would study photography here the country would give me money (scholarship) but since my mom is english and I would love to study in england would I still get paid (money for students), and could I also have a Job at the same time???
I konw English, German and Italian.
Please Help !!!! thanks =)

I love photography. I chose to go to school for something else. It is hard to get a good paying photography job. Do you know what style you want to shoot? Portraits, glamour, action events, Weddings, or something else. I own a small photography business as a hobby. I loved going to school and would like to go back to get a masters degree. BUT I do not enjoy the debt that I have from it.

You could search for internships or entry level jobs in a well developed photography business. I personally think that finding the right school is hard. I believe that experience is more important in photography than a degree. You can teach your self everything that would be giving to you in a class. Go to Youtube and search for photography tutorials. Also follow photography masters and study their work.

Apply for every scholarship that you qualify for. Normally you can work and receive financial aid. There are normally no restrictions on student loans and working. If you can get money for school where you are you should take it.

It is human nature to become complacence with the place that we live. There are opportunities. Consider your self a tourist or a tour guide and learn explore and take pictures. Model mayhem has 500 profiles in Switzerland. Think of the most boring thing that you do everyday and find a way to create a work of are out of it.

Good luck
