Ideas for Summer Business Program?
I need some good ideas for a program that I want to do this summer. You start and run your own business for the summer.
It is easiest to do a service business, for example my friend did a photography business last summer. The only thing is, I am more interested in retail than service, but I could do either.
I am interested in fashion, fashion marketing, merchandising, advertising and design, or pretty much anything in Communications. I was thinking of doing summer event planning for kids parties. Keep in mind that I live in a fairly small city, so things like fashion consultant would not work!

T.i.a. considering you're into fashion marketing, you should check out zazzle.com - it's an online promotional products website that allows you to set-up your own store and design your own products to put in that store free of charge. If you know a graphic artist they can make designs for t-shirts and what-not and you can market them.
Two tips:
1. Get a secondary website that links to your store with an asterisk at the end of the url - it will generate additional income on referrals
