art gcse project, need help!?
i have decided to study landscape as i love photography
i want to associate it with surrealism
we have to do 5 or 6 development pieces associated to an artist and then create a final piece as an exam
im having trouble on ideas, so far i have done a compulsory observational watercolour drawing and research. this means i need 3 or 4 more pieces. i have ideas such as drawing something as looking through a keyhole, or drawing inside an eye but im not sure
someone help! i need to be creative and use a mix of art materials
our teacher said we could do rubbings of things if we did landscape...
...or collect some dried up leaves and collage them into a landscape to make trees...etc...
maybe do a fictional silhouette outline of a town at night / dawn
for your eye idea you could draw a pupil and a landscape inside it?
...and for the keyhole idea draw a keyhole looking into a room, and inside the room paint trees and plants growing out of the wall...grass in the floor...etc
just be creative
