Photography internship for 13 year old for no pay?

I'm 13. I love photography, and am considering being a photographer when i'm older. i'm mature for my age, and would be able to work. i was wondering if i would even have a chance at working some photography place in my town over the summer. My question being, would you allow a 13 year old to be an intern if you ran your own photography Business?

I'm not a pro photographer, but I have run my own business. It all depends on how well I knew the 13 year old. If he wanted to be a gopher and carry camera equipment that I normally would do myself, that would be one thing. If he could work by himself, them that would be a different issue. The question would be how much of my time would it take to train him and if he slowed me down. If he was more trouble then he was worth and not family, I would have to say no. If I saw potential, then I would consider it. In today's economy, it would be pretty tough to have someone around that was not making you money in one way or another.
