What is the trick photography where a person is 'lined up' to blend into the background called?
I need the term for the optical illusion that happens when a person is dressed/painted to match the background, and then lined up so that they blend into what is behind them.
Or does anybody know of any well-known artists who do this? I've seen it as an exercise, and even on Be Kind Rewind (when Jack Black's character and a ladder are camouflaged against a chain link fence)
