Can You Seriously Be a Good Photographer with a Digital Camera ?
I have a Nikon digital camera , and i believe it doesn't focuse as well as other cameras do . I'm trying to be the best I can be , and it isn't working out well . Do you have any tips for photography with a nikon digital camera ?
Whether you are a good photographer or not, has nothing to do with the camera you use. It is only a tool. A craftsman can use just about any tool to make a masterpiece, it sometimes just takes longer.
The only think that is of concern is the size of the canvas (cameras film or sensor size) ... the bigger the better in most cases.
I have been using Nikon's for over 35 years, Canon for over 10 (I used them during the same frame ... I'm not that old ... yet)
If either camera really had a focusing problem, they would never had become the two cameras that professional 35 mm and DSLR photographers would still be using.
In the photo biz, focus is the most important step toward producing marketable images.
Check with your technique before you start changing camera systems. A photo class might be a good start.
