And Last- Be CLEAVER AND CREATIVE - hit an emotion to grasp the customer and think like a customer. We are more apt to buy and use a product if there is some emotional connection (example: a great scent that reminds us of a pleasant thought- we are more likely to buy if the emotion is a good one!)
