Free Simplier Versions of photoshop ?
I Absolutely adore Photography, Music and Art.
I recently bought a Kodak v1233, 12 megapixals.
i was wondering if theres anything similar to photoshop that i can download online, but its important that it has an easy layout and some kind of instructions with it because im not the brightest lightbulb

You could try GIMP.
It's free and has a lot of the same features as Photoshop, and there's an online tutorial which teaches you how to do certain things like selective coloring, sharpening your photos,etc.
