Flash Photography Tips And Tricks

Flash photography makeup question?

Ill be attending a wedding soon. Girls what foundations have you used before that havent made you look like casper? Need plenty of tips and tricks and decent makeup any good brands that i can use? Needs to be reasonably priced and in Australia Thankyou everyone

OK whoever commented first above me is missing the point of this question. Makeup Forever is way to expensive for one special occasion. I get that it's good, but it's totally unreasonable.

I recommend Revlon Photoready. It is made specifically for flash photography so that you aren't washed out. This is a tad glittery, but only out in the sun. Makeup Forever is just as glittery, I think it helps with keeping you from being washed out. Make sure you use an oil control powder. Covergirl has some that work to help blot your skin, so does MAC if you're interested in MAC blot. Try to use matte face colors so that you don't have an obviously cluster of sparkle on your cheeks! If photoready is to thick for the coverage you need, add some moisturizer to tone it down. It applies well with a stippling brush, but you can use a makeup sponge ($3 for round 30 sponges) or your clean fingers if you would like. Don't spend to much, it's one event.

Edit: This girl uses Revlon Photoready and looks flawless and not washed out! http://www.dulcecandy.com/
