Photography books and online tuts on lighting, studio and fashion photography and retouching : PLEASE HELP!?

Please don't just tell me where to get them,
I need the name of great books and links to great tuts on the following:

-Lighting
-Fashion Photography
-Studio Photography
-Retouching (airbrushing the skin with dodge and burn/curves

Please list all the books you can, and all the online tuts you can as your responses will not just help me, but help anyone else needed this information. Thanks a lot in advance, the people of YA always come with their A-game! =]

Much of what goes on in the studio is lighting, so the above link is a good one for that

How you learn to shoot fashion will have to do with two things 1) your already established skills as a photographer and 2) spending a lot of time looking at fashion magazines for ideas.

When it comes to retouching, that is a whole different field from photography. Most pro shooters are just that ... shooters. Retouchers are artists in their own right and spend years developing their skills using Photoshop.

There is one thing about shooting fashion you may not know. It is very, very important that the textiles being worn by the models has to be recorded with perfect colour balance. To get this, you have to spend some time learning how to do that.

1) a calibrated and profiled computer monitor
2) using a custom white balance tool like the Xrite Colorchecker Passport, nail the white balance for each fashion assignment.
