like that ^ ^ ^

I have a samsung SL202 10.2 megapixel
Is it even possible to get a picture where you focus on one thing and have the rest blurred?
please explain it to me really carefully because i will get lost if there are photography vocabulary.

Probably not with your camera. You don't have an aperture priority setting, just scene modes. Your lens has a variable aperture of 2.8-5.2, which means you might be able to manage it in the wide angle setting, but probably not with telephoto. It won't happen in any bright light scenes, so try outdoors in the shade, and keep the background as far away from your subject as you can.
