Where can a high school student go to learn photography and digital editing?
I'm currently a high school student (gr 12 in september), and my school does not offer photography courses. I'm very interested in photography, photo editing and other types of media arts, but the problem is I have no idea where to go to learn it. I've checked the internet for tutorials, and most of the tutorials I find do not teach me what I'd like to learn. I'd like to learn how to take and edit photos that look like the better ones of these:

I'm also interested in learning to draw and paint digitally.
Can anyone tell me where I could go to find places to teach me?
You might want to look into taking a Photography/art class at your local community college.
