How can I add some color to a black and white photo?
I am trying to achieve this look for my photos:

I do not have photoshop and really don't want to buy it. i do have Picassa. Does anyone know of a way for me to get this effect for my photos without buying an expensive software?
or.... Has anyone heard of any special markers that you can just color on the photo after it is printed? I just wanted to give a few of these cool photos of my daughter as Christmas gifts so they don't have to look completely professional. Any tips would help.
