Google Picasa picture formatting?
Does anyone know of any way to use Google Picasa to change a color picture to black and white, while keeping one object or a certain color in color?
Here's a page about how to do it on photoshop with some pictures to demonstrate what I mean...

The closest it gets is Effects --> focal black and white, but it just makes a circular colour patch.
So I'd say you'll need to move up to gimp (www.gimp.org).
