Is this photography no-chromakey background software legit?
Is this legit and do I need anything at all beside this and my pictures? Or, do I just use this and my pictures to add in the backdrops? Thanks

You aren't buying software, you are buying 1500 2400x3000 pixel background images. They are essentially 10x7 inch pictures for you to paste your pictures over.
The software that is included is free, it's free for anyone here http://www.gimp.org/ and the tutorials are free too http://gimp-tutorials.net/ . You could also find free backgrounds if you searched http://www.flickr.com/creativecommons/ .
What they don't tell you is that without using a green screen you will be manually selecting thee subjects from your photos. That takes time and skill, many hours to learn. Using a green screen you can do it in a few mouse clicks.
You aren't getting anything from this deal that you can't get for free except a lesson in being careful with your money.
