Photography Questions!?
I have wanted to really get into photography for a while now, but i dont know everything about it. I have a Kodak Easyshare M753 digital camera and i like it, but i dont know if that camera is good enough to take really good pictures.
One question i have is...How do you make a certain object in focus or out of focus with out having to use photoshop or something like that. Like if u want to take a picture of a flower, how do you make just the flower in focus and all the background out of focus!
Another question is [[for the poeple in Columbus, Ohio]] are there any free classes you can take. or like photography workshops???
Please let me.
Feel free to list any website that has any of this infromation.
You have a good camera with many options you can use to create photos. Use the Close-Focus or Macro setting and you will be able to focus on a single object and it will blur the background as much as the camera will allow. Your camera will not allow you much control over 'depth of field' other than its programed settings. Explore all of the settings offered and find out what you can do. Look up 'depth of field'. If you can't do it in camera there is nothing wrong with using image editing software.
Be careful listening to the "pros" here, usually the more they talk about being a "pro" the less they know. You can see how well the top pro comprehends a question and responds.
