what camera setting would this be?

I've always been wondering what camera setting this ( click URL to see ) and if I would possibly have it on my camera.

I have the Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS Digital Elph, if this setting isn't on this camera, then maybe which one would have it possibly?

I think the term you are looking for is "double exposure". It looks like the first pic has some of the second pic in it. With a film camera you hold down a button that keeps the film from advancing when you reset the shutter and then you take a second picture on the same frame. Some digital cameras can make double exposures. You would have to look at your owner's manual to see if your camera has that ability.
