Kodak EasyShare Z8612 IS or the Minolta SRT 101 for a teen photographer?
i really like photography and im good at it;
im good with the basics; angles; light; shutter speed and all that
and i wanna get into photography
and lately i've been using a digital camera that belongs to my relative/friend; i love the quality of the pictures it takes; its the Kodak EASYSHARE Z8612 IS but i've been searching up some camera's and i am interested in the Minolta SRT 101
which one is better for me?
which one would you suggest for me; im 15... (or can you give me other good suggestions)
To learn the ins and outs of photography, I would suggest any manually-operated SLR.
Between the two cameras you mentioned, I would definitely choose the Minolta. The Kodak is a point-and-shoot digital, whereas the other one is a manual SLR. Being forced to know what you are doing is the best way to learn what you are doing.
