What is a good website to learn about digital photography?

I started working at an electronics store that sells, among other things, cameras. I know many of the basics, but I am clueless about more advanced things like aperture and ISO settings. Any site would help.

I learnt a lot on http://www.redbubble.com/ (totally free)
and there are different groups you can join where you can ask questions, and people are only too willing to help.
You can upload your pics and get helpful critique also.
