i wanted to start doing that
and i was looking at some canon cameras but idk which ones would be best but from what i read i think they r

The only DSLR you have linked us to is the one for the 400D. The two other cameras are elaborate P&S cameras with very small senors.

Photography is best learned using a 35mm camera ... if you have a compelling reason to buy a Canon camera, then buy an EOS 35mm SLR and learn how to take photographs, composing, exposing, developing and printing your images.
I say this because your question shows you have very little knowledge yet, so a class in photography is going to be a good way to define what you need and want in the way of a camera.
You can buy a good used one on craigslist for under $200 with a lens.
