What kind of equipment would I need to start an online TV show, and how much would it cost?
I was thinking of somehow setting up a tv show/ website that would have live recordings (similar to Tom Green's The Channel: Tomgreen.com), but I have no idea what kind of stuff I'd need (just the basics) and what the relative cost would be for the equipment.
Everything that would be mandatory like mics, cameras, computer equipment, all that stuff. I'd obviously start with the basics and wouldn't spend much on stuff like lighting, multiple cameras until I got the basics. Also, I'd probably buy everything used if possible.

you can just use a simple webcam with separate mic cable and buy your self a wireless mic and plug it into the line in port. You can buy a regular camera with a mic input or one with out but need a TV tuner card or video capture card with sound input for the mic and or camera mic
