Good sites/books on filmmaking equipment and everything else?
I’m studying filmmaking in university and have worked on a couple productions quickly learning equipment names etc, but there is still much I don’t know obviously.
What are some good sites/books that list all the names and description of lighting equipment, low budget cameras, and everything else that may be of use to know beforehand when going to work on productions, mostly low budget shorts? Or anything else that may be of use to know such as new equipment/cameras coming out and reviews etc?
i just went to the metacafe.com and looked up videos on lighting, and equipment, and it really helped me out.
