This is gonna be for a mini tv show. I was impressed with the cannon A1 but I want to know about others and how and where to start I love the high quality in this one ttp://www.youtube.com/user/kylepro88
but I dont know where to buy this kind of camera doesnt have to be this brand. We have seed money but we cannot go over 7 grand for a camera. PLEASE HELP AND BE DETAILED. YOU CAN EMAIL ME AS WELL.
OH WE WILL GET A CAMERA MAN LATER ON JUST NEED TO GET THE EQUIPMENT NOW

Most production companies rent their equipment.

I assume you have your script and it is already be broken down into shot blocks. With those two items, you can better figure out what specific features your camera needs to produce broadcast quality video.

Here is where you can rent what you need.

Talk to the people at Birns and Swayer and ask them what they recommend. They rent to production companies, large and small, commercial or student productions.

I can see that you budget is realistic for a camera ($7,000). What have you budgeted for your post production equipment?

Here is another option if you do end up buying a video camera
