Best way to start a paranormal group?
I was part of a Paranormal group up in NY before I moved to Florida. I was a member of that group for over 2 years, so it's not like I just decided one day to start my own.
Since moving down to Florida I have found that other the groups in the area aren't looking for new members or they are too far away to travel to. So I thought I would start my own up.
I don't have much in the way of equipment, but I do have an EMF detector, a digital voice recorder and digital camera. I figure that can get me started at the very least.
So how would I go about gaining members and getting our name out there in order to start investigating?
Would anyone that has started their own group care to give me some pointers?
I started my own group from actually meeting with people through a meetup group. We had all come together for a general interest.
Upon doing that there was 5 of us that were at all the gatherings over a 6 month period. We talked and got along great so we decided to expand and do some investigations that we actually had to pay to do first then we got to be better known and do them as a word of mouth thing.
I to am in Florida and looking for another investigator.
