Has anyone used Bella Photography for their wedding (bellapictures.com)? I was going to use them in Pittsburgh

My cousin used them and I didn't like her pictures at all.

Bella Photography is almost like a photography match. They work with a bunch of photographers and they take your date and send you whatever photographer they have who is available on your date to meet with you. So, they don't necessarily have an office and the photographers can differ greatly.
