What are some good photography and art websites?
Im looking for a site that you can post your own work and view others work as well. I would also like to enter some photography contests. But something that is legit and not a total scam. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.(also amateur contests would be best since i am not a "professional" techinically)

It is continually updated with current photography contests.
A good site to upload and view QUALITY photos is Photosig. You can create a free account and critique and have your photos critiqued. Ummmm.... ignore goofy kid's sites such as Deviant Art.
